44th Annual Blood Drive January 28, 2015 was a success!!!

Subject: 44th Annual Blood Drive
Date: Wednesday, January 28, 2015
Time: 11:30am – 5:30pm
Location: Hillburn (Central Office)

Despite the frigid temperatures, and cold and flu season, the 44th Annual RTA Blood Drive was a success!

We had 44 donors come out, 4 donors were deferred, and 36 people were able to donate. Of those 36, 1 person gave double red blood cells so Ramapo Central collected 37 blood products during Wednesday’s drive.

Thank you donors, for saving lives!!

Girls’ Volleyball State Championship Parade Fri., 11/21/14

The RTA invites all members to come out for two great causes tomorrow, Nov. 21, 2014!

  1.  Girls’ Volleyball State Championship Parade – A parade will start from the Suffern downtown commuter lot at 4:30 tomorrow, working uptown until arriving at the Gazebo across from the Lafayette Theater.
  2. Boys’ Basketball Fundraiser at Ole Ole – Both today and tomorrow, the fine folks at Ole Ole are donating a portion of diners’ bills to the Suffern Boys’ Basketball team.  Simply present the attached flyer and help support our teams!

This is a great opportunity to support our students and a local business.  With the proximity of the two events, why not hit the parade and then grab some dinner on the way home?

Don’t forget to wear your RTA T-Shirts!

Hope to see you there!
